As Office Manager & Executive Assistant, Francesca oversees Luminate’s Washington, DC office and assists the Head of DC Office & Vice President, Latin America.
Francesca has wide-ranging experience in organising events, communications, managing vendors, coordinating travel, and providing high-level executive support. Prior to joining Luminate, Francesca was a Senior Executive Assistant at the Willard Intercontinental Hotel in DC. During her time there she was responsible for coordinating communications, performing a variety of accounting and administrative duties, and building and managing successful client relationships. Before this, Francesca was a Sales Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Sales & Business Development at The Watergate Hotel where she previously worked as a Catering & Events Coordinator.
