As Chief of Staff, Robyn is a partner to Luminate’s CEO and Leadership Team. She manages organisation-wide processes and projects, and gathers inputs from across our teams to aid decision making. She also serves as a liaison to Luminate’s Board. Robyn was previously a Manager on Luminate’s Strategy & Insights team where she supported the team’s strategic planning and research projects.

Prior to joining Luminate, Robyn was a Project Officer at the Wellcome Trust, a global charitable foundation that supports science and research with the goal of improving health for everyone. She was part of the Public Engagement team and worked across a number of projects, on topics including antimicrobial resistance and vaccines, all with the aim of involving the public in Wellcome's mission. Her role involved project management, facilitation, commissioning research, and supporting evaluation and learning.
